“I could not be happier with the plumbing service at Onsite. I had damage to my main water line as a result of a town project. The resulting leak was causing me to loose 3 gallons of water a minute. The first plumber I called quoted an astronomical amount for a massive repair. I called Onsite late on a Friday afternoon for a second opinion, one of the owners came right over. They had a much more manageable solution to the problem that not only saved me money but left my foundation intact and they fit me into the schedule on Monday morning. While they were working on the repair an engineer with the town showed up to assess my property damage Onsite took extra steps to show that the leak was a result of the project and ultimately I was able to receive a reimbursement for the repair.

“First, most of these reviews are Home warranty issues. I have had my home warranty for 4 yrs and believe me 90% of the time it is the Home Warranty company NOT the contractor. They make things difficult for them and there’s not many contractors that will even deal with them. I recently had water heater break. They called me right away after Christmas and sent out Mathew. There was back and forth ONLY because of the Home warranty not them. They were patient and hung in there and never took it out on me. They are an honest company that does great work and won’t take advantage of you.“
