“We had a leak in our home over the weekend and the first plumbing company told us it was our main water line so they turned our water off at the street and left. We couldn't get them to come back out and we still had water actively leaking. So the next day we called 10 different plumbers and nobody was willing to come out until the next week and we couldnt wait a week with the leak. We called Thompson Brothers next and they said they could come take a look for us. Right away they were confident that it was our water heater. We weren't expecting them to replace the water heater that day but they gave us a fair price and said they could get it done the same day. They started draining our old one and left to go pick up the new one. Paul and Anderson were excellent to work with, very professional. We will definitely use Thompson Brothers again and highly recommend them! A+“

“You know, probably had 3 different plumbing services at my house. Within the 13 months that I have lived here and today I got to experience the company of your company to come out to my house and install gas lines for my dryer and you know i would totally recommend this company above any other company that I have dealt with number one, the customer service is above and beyond, I was kind of nervous at first because the guys were a little younger, but Matt did extremely well . . He was friendly and you know he, Conversated but kept it Professional and then I think the other guy that came later during the job. His name was Dylan and I wouldn't have to say. These are the probably the 2 friendliest guys. I have met living in Louisville Kentucky. And I will definitely recommend your company to anybody anybody“
