Professional and reliable. Brian showed up on time, evaluated my situation and gave me a prompt estimate. The job ended being a bit harder to get done - but Brian stuck with it and got it done for the amount quoted! He was informative and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and a little plumbing 101. Highly satisfied!
