First, most of these reviews are Home warranty issues. I have had my home warranty for 4 yrs and believe me 90% of the time it is the Home Warranty company NOT the contractor. They make things difficult for them and there’s not many contractors that will even deal with them. I recently had water heater break. They called me right away after Christmas and sent out Mathew. There was back and forth ONLY because of the Home warranty not them. They were patient and hung in there and never took it out on me. They are an honest company that does great work and won’t take advantage of you.

Rodney came out in response to a call we made to a home warranty company, we called Sunday, got a call from Jeferson plumbing Monday morning, they told us a time they would be here, and was on time and resolve the issue quickly for us. Very happy with the service, Rodney was great. I was a little unsure what to expect based on other reviews I saw here, but my experience on 9/25/23 could not have been better. Thank you!

I was having issues with my water heater and didn't have hot water. My home warranty assigned Jefferson Plumbing and they were responsive and was able to get someone to my condo in a reasonable time. I just needed the pilot light lit. The technician was helpful and got my hot water going again. I was hesitant because of the reviews I saw but I had no issue with them at all.Service: Water heater repair
