I have been working with ServiceMaster for 10 years and they are always very responsive, taking care of my water restoration incidents start to finish. As a property manager, it is important to work with teams like ServiceMaster Restoration Services by Crossroads, who understand the critical nature of a water loss.
We were in a really bad situation considering that our basement flooded and our insurance policy left us without coverage. ServiceMaster's quotation for the remediation was similar in price to the other companies we contacted. What made us go with ServiceMaster was the project manager's willingness to reduce the price based upon work we completed ourselves. Of the other three companies we had contacted, two wouldn't even respond to me after I told them that I would do some of the work on my own; one company flat-out refused to negotiate. Crossroads came in and restored our home after we had a dishwasher leak in our kitchen. Their technicians were very helpful and understanding to our needs since this was our very first claim. They explained the process from A to Z and most importantly were able to save our floors.I highly recommend service master and will definitely use their services again if ever needed.
