Jim, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and took plenty of time answering all my questions. They did their own J-load calculation (not all hvac dealers did that) and really dialed me in. The install team was really friendly and efficient. The price I was quoted and paid was very competitive, as well. I was very happy with this transaction and they deserved this great review.
