“We have used Precision Comfort Systems for our bi-annual maintenance for all 8 years we’ve lived in Carmel. Our home’s previous owners used them to service and maintain our HVAC so we kept with the regularly scheduled maintenance. We got 26 years out of our A/C and 20 out of the furnace! Precision is always fair and honest about work and prices. When it finally came time to decide to either put out hundreds more for repairs or replace, there was absolutely no pressure to get the new system - but we decided it was time. From the sales quote to the time of install, everything was professionally handled. The system was meticulously put together and everything was explained afterwards. “I called Pepper HVAC on a Saturday night when our A/C went out. Bob squeezed us in on Sunday morning first thing since we were having a birthday celebration that day and because there was rain for the next 3 days in the forecast and he was going to be working on the outside unit. Based on what I had told him over the phone, he was hoping it was a simple fix, and it was exactly what he thought. He was done in under an hour. His services were very reasonably priced, even on a weekend. We so appreciate the prompt service and professional expertise for a great price! Thanks, Bob and team! “Ice started forming on the pipe between my compressor and the HVAC unit. Called the number for the HVAC service company on a sticker on the unit that was there since I bought the house. Guy came out, showed me that the filter needed replacing; ice forming on the coils. He did a whole sound-and-light show with a gadget meant to convince me that freon was escaping from the compressor, ending with telling me the unit was "builder-grade," and that I'd been lucky it worked this long, and that I needed a new one for $13,000 - $20,000+. Called Beaver Air, on recommendation of my wonderful handyman, John Jacobi. Yes, coolant was low. Put more coolant in system. $155.00 repair. Do yourself a big favor and call Beaver Air for HVAC service.“

I received the invoice from you guys and you guys wanted over $1300. My mortgage is $1300. And it’s either i pay my mortgage or i pay your company 1200 service fee to come out and change it. I need a roof over my children’s head. I apologies but I cannot use your company to fix my furnace.
