***, the owner of the business is very matter-of-fact type person. He diagnoses the problem and seeks out the best, most cost efficient way to resolve any issues with an HVAC unit. His company also does excellent installation work and then *** follows up by getting all the paperwork for extended warranties filed for his clients! I never expected that! His prices are reasonable and his service is excellent. I feel very confident having him work at my home, both for maintenance and installation of our two HVAC units.

A realtor friend recommended Bob to us when we needed to have our hvac system replaced. Unfortunately the timing didn’t work out to have him do it. However he called and talked to me for 10 minutes, telling me which of the places I had quotes from were good and which ones to avoid. He also answered my questions about the different systems we were looking at. I was so impressed and we will definitely use him for any future issues we have.
