If I could request Mark Hamilton every time I would! He’s incredibly personable, well-educated, and thorough. He’s 2/2 diagnostically with our furnace and will not leave until he can guarantee that the issue has been resolved. Star is doing something right when selecting their technicians and so long as they continue to send technicians like Mark, they will continue to get our business!
