I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using.
