Had a very good experience with Levi, their technician. Very professional and wasn't one of those individuals you seem to encounter in the service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) who want to either criticize work done previously by other companies or try to upsell additional work. He stuck to what the problem was with our furnace and got it fixed expeditiously.

D.J. came out today to perform a clean and check on our furnace. He was timely, professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed talking with him while he did his work. He even made friends with our grumpy, old dog! Seriously, he did a nice job and this was an excellent experience.

I have used Thiele for new HVAV installations, repairs and twice a year maintenance for almost 20 years and have found them to be fair, trustworthy and competent and their techs are very friendly, call prior to coming to introduce themselves and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Thiele!!
