Our experience with Roy Rogers was truly fantastic! They were very communicative and did a lot of prep work to make sure they were ready to go for the install — which was especially important because our system ended up being a pretty complicated job. It was all work it because the installation itself went great and very very smoothly! Everyone who was working was super nice and very helpful in showing us the progress and explaining the new thermostat and how to run it the most efficiently. Could not recommend working with them enough!

Had a problem with my furnace, not heating. And before I could call anyone for a service Dustin with Roy Roger's Heating and Cooling reaching out to me.He arrived at my house within less an hour of speaking too me. He was here almost 4 hours and preformed the best service that I could ever hoped for and I felt like I got top quality service from Dustin. Dustin didn't stop troubleshooting until he had the problem and fixed it. If anyone is looking for a top quality Family owned HVC company. I would highly recommend Roy Roger's a heating and cooling family owned business that cares.? Dustin was professional from the moment we started working with him. Our old unit was on its last leg and Dustin and his team made sure we were taken care of late at night at 10pm when our furnace went out on a freezing night. He made sure to do everything in his power to make our old unit work while suggesting options on replacing the unit for an upgrade through Roy Rogers. Today was the day of the installation, they made sure to be courteous and send a text message letting me know exactly when they’d be there along with being there on time.
