“We called Tom’s to repair an old refrigerator. We left a message and they promptly called back to set up an appointment. Dave came out to look at the refrigerator. With the refrigerator being fifty years old, we were doubtful that we could even get the necessary parts. Dave arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the refrigerator. Dave was very polite and courteous.This was our first experience with Tom’s Appliance Service and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely call them for any future needs.“
