“I called on a Saturday told him what was going with my fridge he said it's the motherboard and would check to see if he could get one close by he called me said couldn't get till Monday called me Monday said he was on his way to my house showed up about 30mins later pulled fridge out replaced the motherboard and like magic fridge back in service and off he was. I now have his number and he's my guy if I needed“

We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. “My double oven display stopped working (Whirlpool). I hand delivered the board to Carol Stream, IL (via the partsimple website order form). CoreCentric fixed my faulty board in 3 days. I installed it the next day and my oven is working perfectly again. Awesome service. I don't understand the pandemic note on the door but it didn't cause me any problems. It is a little worrisome that my repaired board was sitting in the entrance (on will call) where anyone could have taken it without question.“
