My double oven display stopped working (Whirlpool). I hand delivered the board to Carol Stream, IL (via the partsimple website order form). CoreCentric fixed my faulty board in 3 days. I installed it the next day and my oven is working perfectly again. Awesome service. I don't understand the pandemic note on the door but it didn't cause me any problems. It is a little worrisome that my repaired board was sitting in the entrance (on will call) where anyone could have taken it without question.
Had some initial problems with the company receiving my control board. Received a call from the VP explaining the process they use for shipment and return. After the conversation I was very satisfied with his comments and his service forward.
My company Service Care in Birmingham, AL loves CoreCentric (now ServicerParts.com) for board repair. They are very good at what they do, and have saved many of my customers from having to throw away expensive appliances because the board is no longer available. Honorable, fair, and the price is right. Love them.
