“Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! “I called Frigidaire and after a long wait was told that they couldn't help me with my problem and gave me a link to find local authorized repair services. When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. “Purchased a home a few months back and scheduled Doc Ricks to inspect the Washer/ dryer and vent work since he services the machines at my work... The dryer and vents were loaded with lint and the belt was fairly worn on the washer. Anthony took apart and vacuumed out the inside of the dryer and rodded the vents. He had the belt on his truck and carries most common parts for most machines. He was on time, had the part he needed and the price was right. Hopefully don't need him again soon but know who I will be calling.“

“Once again showing magic as always, The Geek Squad respond to some uncommon issues with my computer. My computer is back to being fast and efficient all the time with uncommon great performance. Unable to gain traditional access to my computer via on-line connection, two Geek Squad members directed me to some system directories and then type in instructions to me using one on their on-line dialog boxes. The computer technicians provided very clear instructions. Instructions were very simple and language or communicaitons were concise and to the point. Within 3 minutes, the slow speed issue was eliminated. I encourage anyone who has not tried The Geek Squad do so with their next computer issue. These guys and gals are "Top Gun" quality. I also encourage any small business owner to purchase their 1 year help desk service. It will be money well spent and they are always available 7/24. You be glad you did.“
