“Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. “After 3 years of usage my Gaggia Velasca started to malfunction. I used MATI Coffee to fix my machine. Service was very good, quick and well priced. Very nice staff. However, after about 8 months of usage the same issue happened again. I only give MATI coffee 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. It is frustrating that it didn't last longer. I did get the machine serviced again and will see how long it will last this time. The company did offer a small discount, but I wish the warranty as a bit longer or I received a bigger discount.“

“Our washer broke down over the weekend. (The drain pump stopped working.) We were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday. The owner/service technician showed up on time and with a new pump based on our preliminary "over the phone" diagnosis and fix the washer.
