I attempted to request service from E G V Appliances to fix a drainage issue with my dishwasher. I was told I would receive a call from a technician immediately. I called back 2 hrs later as I had not received a call and was advised that they would call technician immediately. They appeared surprise I had not received a call. Aprox. 30 min later I received a call from another company stating that they would work on my dishwasher. I advised caller that I had not called his company and he immediately turned belligerent and hung up on me. I guess this company outsources its work. Needless to say I have an appointment with another company. Beware.
