4022 W Newport Ave, Chicago“I highly recommend working with Jessica! Her offering to come to your home for sessions is so helpful especially when newly postpartum. She was great at working with me while helping keep my baby entertained and making my sessions productive within my circumstances of having a baby with me. I really appreciate her flexibility! She was also great at customizing my exercises and plan to my circumstances, giving me lots of exercises I could do while holding my baby- making it easy to do them within my daily life! She was kind and thorough and provided great follow up resources with details of all the exercises we did in person. Work with Jessica after you have a baby!!!“

“Dr Yoss is amazing! After 2 years of foot pain and countless doctor’s visits, MRI, cortisone injections, physical therapy, and almost surgery no one could figure out what was wrong. I saw Dr Yoss and after 6 weeks I was pain free. He’s unbelievable and has great bed side manner too. Highly recommend!“

4814 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago“Over the years, I’ve had several occasions to need physical therapy. I never found it helpful or personalized to my needs.
That has all changed with my experience at PT Solutions of Uptown. Their therapists and support staff are not only extremely knowledgeable, but also extremely caring. There is no boiler plate to this care. They check in with you at each session to see how you’re doing and tailor the session to emphasize your needs. They are patient in explaining the exercises you need to do and constantly check in to make sure that they are pushing limits without causing any excessive pain or discomfort. It’s a fine line, but they make it look easy.
I have recommended this location to both my primary care and specialist as well as to others I know in need of this type of service.
I highly recommend this team.“

The exercises I learned and practiced with Dr. Solowiej brought me relief and important understanding about my health situation. I made significant progress building strength during my therapy program with him at Team Sapiens in Northbrook. I credit his knowledge, thoughtfulness and experience in providing the PT that I needed to heal. S. Dobroski“

36 Main St Suite 100, Park Ridge“Mandy is a wonderful physical therapist! I have been seeing Mandy on and off for the past 3 years through my 2 pregnancies. One being a c-section and the other a v-bac. She helped me tremendously with my postpartum recovery. From C-section recovery and scar treatment/care to pelvic floor dysfunction and pain. I was also having severe back pain from nursing my 2nd son where I physically felt like I couldn't pick my children up or rock my baby and within a week I was feeling better and within 2-3 weeks the pain was gone and never came back. Mandy also helped me during my 2nd pregnancy prepartum with the aches and pains that came along with pregnancy and caring for a toddler. Along with preparing me with ideas and tips that my husband and sister could use to help alleviate some pain during contractions/labor. As soon as I was able to get back to PT I contacted her immediately. Not only is Mandy a phenomenal PT she is a lovely person. She is friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to. As a mother going through postpartum, it was truly a highlight of my week to spend time with Mandy at our PT sessions for an hour. I highly recommend Mandy to anyone seeking out PT, especially for women's health! Thank you for all you do Mandy!“

“Dr. Samantha Cooper is truly a dream! Over our 6 month time together, she adjusted my therapy to exactly what I needed to progress my mobility after a badly broken wrist. She took time, care and never made me feel rushed as she worked on me manually each session for 30-45 minutes. This attention and physicality of her work is something that truly sets Dr. Cooper apart from others in the field who would just focus on exercises that truly can't heal without everything else working. I will miss Dr. Cooper and she became part of my daily life and routine - her flexibility, her candor and her advice.“
“No hassle adjustments. Great chiropractor and great receptionists. Very affordable as well. They accept insurance as well. They provide a massage service after chiropractic adjustments. Recommend it for patients looking for a simple chiropractic adjustment with no strings attached to their service.“

9849 Gross Point Rd, Skokie“I've gone to Dr Lee intermittently after being referred by my brother. Dr Lee and his staff are professional and amazing at getting to the root of the problem. I have gone for lower back pain and each time I walk out of there, I feel better than I did and keep improving. They don't try to milk you by asking you to come continuously. They are also cautious about causation and sent me to get X-rays after explaining my recent history. I didn't even think about the fact that I could have a compression fracture in my spine but it makes sense to make sure. The office isn't fancy but they have all the tools and equipment to provide a great service. Reasonable prices too. I'm glad they are so close to home.“

Both were excellent to work with and extremely helpful. I am so much better then when I walked in and am confident as I go forward! This is a great place to rehab!“
“I was having knee pain while running when I started working with Lance. He was able to identify the root cause of the problem and I'm now pain-free. I believe it's so important to have good alignment to prevent hip and knee replacements later in life. Lance is the kind of physical therapist who can help with prevention or recovery. I highly recommend him.“
