This was my first time using a PT. Overall, Heather was absolutely great. I came in with what I expected to be a shoulder injury and she was able to, within one session, narrow it down to what the actual issue was. I followed her exercises and within a few days of doing them and after spending around 2 weeks in pain, sometimes aggravated serious pain, the pain started to reduce. Within 1 week, the pain was almost all but gone and we started to work on stretches to prevent the issue from happening again. Heather is fantastic! Took my son (13) an elite junior golfer to see her for a workout evaluation to make sure he was doing multiple exercises correctly. She was able to evaluate some areas of concern and provide him with a plan to strengthen these areas without causing injury.Within an hour she had the detail evaluation with workouts and supporting videos email to my son and self…just awesome!Heather is caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable! Heather was outstanding in helping me deal with an injured rotator cuff. She is knowledgeable, professional, always pleasant and dedicated to helping you achieve the best outcome possible. I would highly recommend her and plan to work with her again should the need arise.
