“This was my first time using a PT. Overall, Heather was absolutely great. I came in with what I expected to be a shoulder injury and she was able to, within one session, narrow it down to what the actual issue was. I followed her exercises and within a few days of doing them and after spending around 2 weeks in pain, sometimes aggravated serious pain, the pain started to reduce. Within 1 week, the pain was almost all but gone and we started to work on stretches to prevent the issue from happening again. Her ability to quickly troubleshoot an issue, focus in on how to resolve that with the proactiveness to treat in the future was and is truly appreciated. 100% recommend.“
