Dr Mostafa is honestly one of the best PTs I’ve worked with. He knows exactly what he’s doing and genuinely wants the best for you and wants you to get better. His exercises have helped my shoulder from pain that I was having from 2 torn labrum’s and it’s only been a couple months. He also is very friendly and approachable. 100% recommend going to him.

I can’t recommend Mostafa and Achieve more. I had a bad experience at another PT clinic before for another injury. When I injured my foot, I was EXTREMELY hesitant to try PT again. Achieve’s team has turned that all around. Their encouragement and support has motivated me throughout this journey. They take the time to understand your specific needs and create (and adjust if needed) a personalized treatment plan that yields noticeable and measurable results.
