I use StretchLab when I need long lasting muscle relief. Zach is my stretchologist. His knowledge of anatomy is helpful when going over issues with my joints etc. His demeanor is calm and we have interesting conversations during the process. I recommend him and the StretchLab concept to friends.

Great 1 on 1 stretch therapy, finished up my first session and feel like a million bucks. Better than massage, IMHO.Will be back. Brenda did an excellent job working on all the stiff muscles.

I skeptically started to go to Stretch Lab because as the years passed, I’ve noticed decreasing mobility. Then after helping to care for my older parents I realized literally how fast if “you don’t use it, you can lose it”. I did not need any more time sneaking up on me. This is one of the best things I do for myself. I would highly suggest everyone try it. They talk to you through every step and teach you how to listen to what you’reBody can do. Thank you Travis and Ana for all your kindness and expertise!
