The best endorsement I can give is that I've been pain free since I started going over 2 years ago. It did take a few months at the start to get the kinks out, or the "rust" out, from years of bad habits. 25 years ago I suffered from a herniated disk which I believe was the result of too many hours at a desk and lack of exercise. I got back to exercise which alleviated the acuity of my problem but left me with chronic pain. Only after adding the chiropractic care with Abundant Health Chiropractic and sticking with it has kept me consistently pain free. So now I go once a week and I feel great!

I was really skeptical about chiropractic treatments . But Doctor Karen -intelligent, kind, skillful…proved me wrong: after only three visits my pain level is lessened. I am definitely sure and expecting to return to my regular life style after full treatment .

I love Abundant Health Chiropractor, they were very thoro and went over every little detail with me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will send my nephew here who is having issues with his hip. Thank you so much ?
