“I have been going to Midwest for about four years now. The office staff is awesome, they ate very accommodating with setting my appointments for upcoming visits. My doctor is very efficient at recommending solutions to help with my aches and pains. Dr Montella”s nurse is very friendly and gets me in to see Dr. quickly. I also think that Ashley does an outstanding job in the physical therapy/workmen's compensation department. Overall I am very pleased with the care I receive at this office.“

“I went in on a Sunday morning and was seen right away. I had pink eye and an ear infection. Checkin was fast and easy using the QR code. They took my vitals, weight, height. It was like a regular doctor appointment. The doctor was very pleasant and caring. He prescribed my antibiotics and I was on my way. From checkin to leaving was only a half hour. I will say though, that there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. When I left there were about 5 people there. So your wait time may vary, but it seems to be run very efficiently. Thank you guys for taking care of me. And there is a Walmart pharmacy right in the same lot so I was in and out there as well. Great experience considering the illness.“

“I found IBJI after a quick search when I hurt my hand. I was surprised first by how many locations they have meaning I found a convenient location for me. I hurt my hand in the evening and by 630am I was able to get an appointment at 830am. I got there at 8am per instructions as a new patient. Juanita greeted me warmly and helped me get checked in. She gave me a Microsoft Surface tablet to go through intake history since it was too hard to write. Super nice touch for patients. I was called back by a pleasant young woman who I think was named Jada if I heard correctly. Two minutes later Dr. Angelo Savino came in, did a thorough examination of my hand and wrist then sent me for x-rays. That process was quick and efficient too. The x-ray technician took me back to the exam room where I was met by Dr. Savino in about five minutes. He gave me the confirmation that I caught a nasty case of carpal tunnel syndrome. He sent in a prescription for Prednisone and sent me into a room to be fitted for a brace. One hour and ten minutes after walking in, I was leaving feeling well cared for by a professional and efficient team that really seems to care for their patients well being and also considers that patients have other things to do with their day than sit around waiting for a doctor. I'm thoroughly impressed with my first encounter with a health care facility in Illinois. Well done IBJI. You have a big new fan.“

“I needed a simple TDaP shot for my university medical records. Booking an appointment online was super easy! I checked the website at 10:30AM and made an appointment for 11AM. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The nurse/medical assistant was professional and administered an almost pain-free shot! ? The PA that signed my paperwork was friendly and efficient. Facility was clean. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn’t have expected or hoped for anything better! Thank you so much!“

“Easy to make appt online, especially when you are sick the night before and want a next day appt. Office was redone since I was there last- looked good. Not much of a wait. The only thing I didn’t like, is the front door says face masks required, but there were 3 people in waiting room with none on. If you require it- enforce it. Dr was nice and friendly. Also , I think the website should have something on Drs that work there. So you have info upfront about them. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like to see what Dr I’ll be seeing.“

“Been going to this PT location for almost 4 months to help me recover my mobility and strength I must say in the beginning, I didn’t have much faith in physical therapy, but at this point, the staff is phenomenal they work with you to understand your situation how you feel your aches and pains, and every little extra necessary to help you gain your recovery I give them five stars because they are the best highly recommend them. definite 10 ??GREAT! People work there.

“Completely positive visit today. Had an 11AM appointment, came early because there's always paperwork, got a shot, done before 11AM. 3 friendly people on staff, I was only one there. Not at all sure about what the negative reviews would be--busier days?? Appointments honored before walk-ins. Only basic care done here, however.“

“I had a great experience with Dr Park today. I’ve been looking around for a place that would do a thorough exam and although we didn’t find the root cause of my sinus infection and bronchitis today, he did rule a lot of things out and did everything he could to help me and answer all of my questions, which at the end of the day was reassuring. What was refreshing was that he spent time explaining the basics, which is sometimes taken for granted but is surprisingly helpful instead of having to Google search everything and wind up down a rabbit hole of information. Dr Park helped me interpret the options for treatment available to me and I felt like I left with a lot more information than I had when I got there, and that’s exactly what I needed to make decisions about what medicine to take for my horrible sinus infection. I also got a PCR test, which is hard to get covered by insurance unless it is specifically ordered by a doctor after the Covid emergency ended May 12.“

“Astoundingly efficient office. The office is easy to locate and very clean. Some of the outside office waiting area furniture is a bit aged but still serviceable, I'd probably say they'll replace or refurbish the furniture in a year or so. The clinic rooms are extremely clean and very well maintained. The clinic rooms put the waiting area to shame. Intake nurses are polite and conversational. They're willing to take time to collect and explore medical history. The APN (care provider) is very efficient in their provision of care. They do not argue with a persons needs. They go above and beyond to make sure that the patient is the driving force in the room and the provider a validating and prescribing agent. Instead of the provider talking down to patients with chronic conditions the provider lets patients decide their care needs and aids the navigation. It's truly a collaborative care environment unlike some offices I've been in where providers are controlling and have the final say in everything. This is a prime go to clinic for most minor needs. That said it might not be a fit for more major needs. There's the large Des Plaines care center for more extensive needs such as the need for an on-site blood laboratory and point of care blood testing. For your basic sinus infections and pneumonias etc this office will do the job efficiently and quickly. For more involved rare organisms, you might want to consider the larger urgent care / outpatient center. Choose carefully based on the severity of your condition. Also, don't bother with instant quick care video visits. They'll just waste your time and have you go to urgent care. This clinic has been a go to for my healthcare for years and will remain that way.“

“I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are excellent. And it's the only nearby 24 hr pharmacy near me. I do experience long wait times sometimes in store and drive-through, but to me it's worth it. A few times the pharmacists interceded on my behalf with problems with my insurance carrier to get the scripts filled. I realize the pharmacists and techs work hard, and are mostly on their feet working their shift. I know phone lines get tied up but it's not only due to customers calling, it's insurance carriers and practioners they have contact with. For 35+ years, only had ONE rude and incompetent tech that I encountered, and looks like she is gone. The head pharmacist is a gem.“
