This place is incredible. Fist time I get an appointment and the appointment doesn’t show up in their system and have me waiting for 1.5h to get me a shot. This time I make an appointment in the morning for a TB test, the appointment is confirmed and they have it in their systems and when I get there, THEY DON’T HAVE TB tests!!! Never coming back.
I wish I could give the phone staff 5 stars and the nurse 0. She wouldn’t help me and sent me to urgent care to do the same test for double the price. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. Never go to this clinic.
Save your time and money. They will refuse to even look at you. Sure they are quick to take co pay in the blink of an eye, then 2 min after tell you to go check the over the counter meds. So upset they would not even check my 2 yr old.
