Since I've been working out for many years, I get the occasional aches, and every trainer there is great at figuring out the causes, suggesting stretches, and making sure my technique is correct. The family atmosphere and the healthy weekly snacks are an added bonus. I highly recommend!“

“As a senior, one has to be careful when choosing a personal trainer. On a recommendation I decided to try Enhance Fitness and how fortunate I now am to be working with Mike. The sessions are interesting and challenging. I don't have to think about what I need to work on because Mike does all of that. With his expertise I've been able to lower my A1c almost a full point in the past 4 months. The place isn't fancy but has all the necessary equipment and an excellent professional staff.
