He’s encouraging and he respects when you need to rest or take a break, but he will always push you to get the most out of your session. I’ve got some wrist and leg issues and he continuously checks in to ensure that I’m okay and modifies the move if necessary. He's honest, flexible, and professional. Definitely would recommend!“

“I am OBSESSED with F45 and have been to locations on both the East and West coasts, as well as this Hinsdale/Western Springs location. They are all consistent with amazing trainers (I think Coach Willie is my fav :) ) making sure you have the correct form and modify any exercises to make them more difficult/easier based on your personal needs. They also check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay throughout. It’s almost like having a personal trainer, without having someone breathe over your shoulder the entire time. Taking F45 classes consistently has honestly gotten me into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I cannot say enough great things. This particular location averages adults in their 40s-50s, but many are even older. It’s never too soon to create the best physical version of yourself. I always walk out of every class feeling AMAZING.“
