We see Dr. Todd Robert - "we" meaning myself, my 7 yo son, and now, my 5 yo daughter. They determine your health insurance coverage prior to your appointment so there are no surprises. This practice is very good and we are loyal customers. My only feedback is to appreciate the dynamic with kids - - - meaning, expedite things as much as possible. Our dentist (Grove Dental) rocks at this - getting them in and out - and the same approach would be awesome at ECA. Otherwise I completely trust this practice with my family's vision and eye care and highly recommend.“

From day one I thought the service was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor was very informative. Move forward to my pick up day, I am certain I have found my perfect eye dr. Walking in to pick up my eyeglasses, the receptionist was with another patient, but she still took the time to look out and greet me. Once she was done with them, she went straight to grab my glasses. I was so surprised that she remembered me. Little things like this make an experience memorable and not only do they make you want to come back, but they make you want to tell the whole world about them.
