Phenomenal! Other place I used to go too said it would take a day to "repair" the wire in my old glasses. York optical did a full tune up(re-adjusted, tightened, replaced both noise pads and wires that holds lens in place) for almost nothing. In less than 15 mins and made me feel like one of the family. The day B4 Christmas Eve.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great clean office w\ lots of choices of quality frames, amazing customer service and people that still love and enjoy what they do for a living.Thank you both for the amazing customer service tonight, u really helped me out!

My daughter managed to break both of her glasses in back to back days. On a Saturday I found them after searching for eye glasses repair, and they are just around the corner from my house. Scott & Linda couldn't have been nicer and were able to fix one of the pairs in just a few minutes. The other pair (of course my daughter's favorite that fit her best) was more heavily damaged and Scott is searching for replacement parts to attempt to repair them. It is so great to see an expert craftsman like Scott repair glasses - as opposed to disposing of them and selling me a new pair.

The staff was very friendly and they sure knew their stuff, each in a different area. I did not have to wait to see the doctor. I had the whole examine done and it was very easy and reasonable priced. The new office is beautiful but with his staff being so wonderful I could care less about the décor .
