“I've been going to Rosin Eye Care for almost 45 years. I've seen them go from a small space to their current location. Dr. Sorrel Rosin cared for me years ago. I've been nothing but pleased with the level of professionalism and friendliness in this location from the late 70's until now. I now see Dr. Sury and I'm always pleased with her exams. I wouldn't place too much credibility on the negative comments posted. See for yourself. People don't continue with any establishment for 45 years unless they're happy. My husband also has been going for about 50 years and our daughter will start in the Downers Grove office soon. I'm sure they will be just as good as Berwyn.“

“First time coming back since the new owners. What a difference. After my previous experiences with the former owner and having to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to close to two hours to see Dr. DeKoster (who is no longer there), I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen by both staff and Doctor. First of all, the wonderful woman that was at the desk named Diamond was very kind and courteous and helpful. Had to fill out the necessary paperwork and it took no time to do this. I didn't even have a chance to sit down when I was called to do the preliminary eye exams. That part was handled by one of THE NICEST, BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE people I have ever interacted with at Melrose. Her name is Nicole and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. She did a very thorough job of examining my eyes, explained each procedure and I felt totally at ease because of her. She is going to be a fantastic optometrist in the future! Afterwards, Dr.Dzubur came in and what a pleasant experience THAT was. Very down to earth guy, explains everything to you. I came away from this visit knowing more about my eyes than the entire times I went to Melrose Eyecare before. The exam with Dr. Pham went really smoothly and he was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the most appropriate prescription for me! I had a pair of MODO frame for almost 7 years and they were still holding up very well, but I finally got a bit bored of wearing the same frame for that many years.
