“I been with the doc for a little over a year now. I initially came in with lower back problems and then some shoulder problems as well. The good doctor provides specific 'workouts' to help your body improve itself. He has a huge pool of knowledge that will get you back in the gym pain free in no time. I personally started seeing improvements after a session or two. I will likely do these exercises forever. I would recommend this establishment to anyone living in the area. The doc has never not answered a question I threw at him“
“Training with Lindy at Fit Life for the past three months has been fantastic! Every workout is different and tailored to where I'm at that day while keeping my long-term goals in mind. It's not a one size fits all type of workout. She listens to how I feel physically/mentally at each session and addresses any issues I may be having that require additional attention. We work on all aspects of fitness including balance, flexibility and strength. This is the first time I look forward to going to my training sessions and I'm seeing the results!“
“I am a professional athlete and have been doing yoga on and off for years. Mainly out of state but have now lived in Illinois the last 5-6 years and I am so happy to have came across Melt Pilates & Hot Yoga! My first class was with Agnes. Her energy and verbal cueing are just tips of the iceberg when talking about her wonderful class. Iv taken other classes and have seen other instructors at various locations but Agnes’s class sits on top amongst them all. You feel her love and passion for yoga simply by listening to her speak and guiding you through her class. In the hour or hour and 15 minutes you have with her, she will not only take your body on a challenging and unique journey but also the ability to inspire your yogi soul! After taking my first class with her, she is the only instructor I prefer to take classes with and when I am out of town and take a yoga class elsewhere, I leave immediately thinking “it wasn’t like Agnes’s class”. It is hard to put into words the feeling I have when taking one of her classes, she is able to push you safely to limits you didn’t think you could reach, poses you were maybe not able to accomplish before and allows you to connect to your body in a way you have not done before. Leaving her class makes you a different person in the best way possible and makes you eager for more!“

“Tony has helped me achieve breakthroughs in my health. When my body is balanced, everything in my life becomes more enjoyable. Because of the work Tony has done, I am able to focus more on my work and actually enjoy going thru my day more because my body feels healed and capable again. Tony is extremely professional about his work. He does an amazing job explaining why the body functions or reacts the way that it does and then proceeds to address the situation at hand. She took me from not being able to swim one lap to doing a 1/2 marathon in 18 months. We have worked together for six years on all facets of training - core, weight training, weight loss..., swimming, running, cycling, cardio, stretching, golf training. “Burke Fitness, formerly Fitness Masters at this location is great studio for private work out sessions. I am a novice and I found the idea of gym trainers or even going to the gym intimidating. The studio has all the equipment needed to get in shape. I work with Sarah. The sessions are reasonably priced (another intimating part about working with a gym) and she provides diet plans and looks out for my overall health. I have a couple of metabolic issues and thought I'd be a difficult client to work with, but Sarah was already knowledgeable about what my disorders entailed and has catered to me like no other trainer would. I've never repeated a routine and she has hit muscle groups I never knew existed. I set a 3 month goal, but Sarah helped me accomplish it in 2; I now have new goals and wouldn't train anywhere else.“
