“Last week was my first time training here, I walked in with an uneasy feeling about going to a new gym. While I was waiting, I walked around the premise to get myself comfortable. The equipment was clean and spread out. there wasn't as much traffic meaning people at the hour I went. I couldn't contain my laughter about how many turtles where in that building lol.As I walked around I finally met Kyle in the back room where he was doing massage therapy on a client. He was very welcoming and showed me around the place. From there I went to the back room to change to get ready for my work out! I signed a liability form to ensure that they are not responsible for any injuries and so on. As I was putting my phone away, I was told to download an app to help keep record of my heart rate while I exercise. NEAT. Also He was so ever kind to let me borrow the apple charger due to my cell phone running low on battery.He made me do a series of upper body work out movements knowing about my past shoulder injury he made sure to go easy. Moving on, I performed the exercises given as he watched my form and recorded the kg used on the white board.The work out was great, he had me do:Facepullsseated cable rowsSome sort of resistant pulley machinea series of 4 different ab work on the vibrational machinechest press machineand to finish off; a core machine and a squat for 2 min on the power pad.ab“

As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.“

My strength, flexibility and ability to move more confidently being handicapped has increased exponentially. “JP Wood Martial Arts is a fantastic place for both kids and adults who want to learn Teakwondo. Both Mr and Mrs Wood are great with the kids and love to joke around, but keep professional. They also teach discipline, integrity and focus. No one wants anyone to fail and the other students jump in the help when needed. We have told many friends/people about them and have made new friends as well. My boys have been here for over a year now and love coming. Higher belts/older age get to use sparring equipment which is a great time to watch. I highly recommend this place for anyone.“

David has a unique and personable approach to helping his clients improve their fitness. He is completely professional and dedicated to each person. “My wife and I have trained separately with Brian for more than 4 years. He has designed totally different training programs for each of us to meet our specific needs. I'm impressed with his knowledge of various training techniques, human anatomy (ligaments, tendons, muscles, muscle recovery time, etc.), and how he is a true expert on nutrition and foods that I should eat to stay fit and healthy. He even designed a nutrition program for me. He is always careful to be sure that the training does not exceed my abilities so that I don't suffer any pains, strains, or injuries. I really enjoy that he constantly challenges me and that he goes through a full stretching and roll-out after each session. It's great that he comes to my home and incorporates weights, bands, and equipment that own and that he "lugs" his own equipment with him to fill in for the "stuff" that I don't have. “Burke Fitness, formerly Fitness Masters at this location is great studio for private work out sessions. I am a novice and I found the idea of gym trainers or even going to the gym intimidating. The studio has all the equipment needed to get in shape. I work with Sarah. The sessions are reasonably priced (another intimating part about working with a gym) and she provides diet plans and looks out for my overall health. I have a couple of metabolic issues and thought I'd be a difficult client to work with, but Sarah was already knowledgeable about what my disorders entailed and has catered to me like no other trainer would. I've never repeated a routine and she has hit muscle groups I never knew existed. I set a 3 month goal, but Sarah helped me accomplish it in 2; I now have new goals and wouldn't train anywhere else.“
