The Barker Shop Pet Boarding Training

“We recently went to the Barker Shop in Willowbrook for the first time! Our Golden Retriever had never been truly groomed before and she turned out great! The groomer, (I believe Brena was her name), was extremely friendly, did an excellent job, and did exactly what we asked her to do! Our pup came out looking great and was the softest ever!!“

“We sent our dog Rocky to Western Wag for a little over two years, before moving out of the city. Our dog loved going there and would get excited at dropoff! We miss being a part of the community so much. Rocky would come home exhausted and we could tell from the pictures on instagram that he had a great day. Would recommend it to anyone who is lucky enough to send their dog there.“

Pack Life Pet Boarding Training

“I have to say this place has been the best find in the city for my Cane Corso. She is a big girl and because of her breed/size I stay away from dog parks as people get nervous with smaller dogs. Sean (owner) had no hesitation taking her on and is so flexible with pick up/drop off times. I utilize this space as exercise for her to stay in shape as well as socialize with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Prices are very affordable and their responsiveness is top notch. Might sound silly but I live for their photo updates. They take professional photos outside throughout the day and post them on instagram during your pups stay or send them to you directly if you request. Nothing like seeing your dogs having the time of their lives.“

Dogtopia LaGrange Pet Boarding Training

“My experience with Dogtopia has been amazing and I really couldn’t ask for a better doggy daycare/hotel for my energetic, 2yr old Salem?

I was incredibly impressed on her first day,
throughout the assessment the team conducted to ensure she’d be a good fit, they included her interaction when being introduced to the pack and how she behaved when was sectioned off from play. The team even has motivational Monday (a little treat, which she loved!) It really gave me the confidence I didn’t realize I needed to trust the wonderful people who run the show.

The pictures/videos on their instagram is an added bonus. My pup literally jumps in excitement when we arrive and she’s always nice and tired by the time we pick her up. I highly recommend Dogtopia?“

“They took amazing care of my beloved (foster) dog Rex. He can be a handful and they were not only capable and trustworthy, but flexible and kind with everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of and helped to keep Rex on his training course so he can get adopted! Can’t recommend them enough. Pic of Rex for cuteness cred.“

House of Paws Pet Boarding Training

“House of Paws is amazing. My rescue pup has severe separation anxiety so he needs to go to daycare a few days a week when I need to be in the office. I’m extremely particular about who I leave him with, so finding House of Paws has been a life changer. Liz and Josh are great people who truly care about your pet. When my pup first started going to daycare, he was very nervous and had to be coaxed inside, but now he runs and pulls me towards their front door with excitement. Truly a game changer.“

Off Leash Canine Pet Boarding Training

“Nick and his team at Off Leash Canine are one of a kind! With Nick’s vast knowledge of canine psychology and 20+ years of experience working with dogs, he has helped my dog (Henry) and I so much in training. Henry now comes when called, knows an array of commands and walks beautifully on the leash, all because of Nicks 1:1 sessions with us. We also utilize Nick’s dog walking services 3x a week and cannot be more happy with the service that they provide! I know that Henry is safe and having fun when he’s at the dog park with Nick and his team. I could not recommend Off Lease Canine more, they are the best!“

“Adam was referred to me by a friend. Right off the bat, after our initial meet and greet, we thought our dog was gonna be in good hands. Little did we know how much good Adam would be for our guy! Phife Dog loves him so much, is responsive and happy every time. Adam works on little things too, we just want the best for guy! Like sit, wait. Don't pull. But he gets a workout too! Always knocks out after his walk. #satisfiedcustomer Was able to use him for overnight stay too. Hands down respectful, communicative, piece of mind.“

“As a fairly new dog trainer, I highly recommend using Laura. Not only is she a talented non-human animal trainer, the way she teaches was transformative for me as a student. The compassionate nature she extends and encourages to the animals she teaches, she also extends to the people she is teaching. It makes training FUN and a rewarding experience.“

Pat's K9 Training Pet Boarding Training

“Pat is an excellent dog trainer. It has been years since I had a dog and last Christmas We gave our 10 year old son a German Shepard Puppy — Rosie. We love our Rosie but she is a high drive dog and can be very difficult. I had no idea how to handle this awesome dog. Pat was able to show me, my son, and my Wife how to walk in heel without Rosie pulling us all over place. Shepards never give-up!! Also he showed us how to have a well behaved dog in the house and car. How to make her sit still and down stay and all kinds of little tricks or hacks to get our dog to listen. He is never pressed for time and is very patient dealing with us. He is worth every dollar. I had complements from our vet and other people how well behaved our dog is. Don’t hesitate to use Pat. He is a good trustworthy man.“

Sit Means Sit - South Chicagoland Pet Boarding Training

“I am a college student taking my doggy to the dorm room, and I was very nervous. My doggy Luna was dog and people aggressive, so I started looking for programs that could help my situation. I found sit means sit after going through multiple websites and making many phone calls to find the perfect fit for me and Luna. I was in contact with Sarah; Sarah was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I signed up for board and training, and dropping off Luna made me very anxious; while leaving Luna at Camp K9, Sarah sent many updates and pictures to ease my anxiety. When I picked up Luna after her board and training, I could notice the differences. Luna loved Sarah and made friends while being away from home, as well as learned many commands. I feel more comfortable and confident bringing Luna to the dorm. Thank you for the fantastic experience, and I'll see you guys at group classes “

“I recently took my dog, Steffy, to SBK Dog Club, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The grooming itself was top-notch, Steffy came out looking clean, well-trimmed, and smelled great! I also appreciated the detailed report they gave me about her behavior and any issues they noticed during grooming.

I highly recommend SBK Dog Club to any pet owner looking for a reliable and caring grooming service. We will definitely be returning!“

Zen Dogs Chicago Fulton Street Pet Boarding Training

“It took us a while to find a really great place for boarding our three pups. They can be very picky and particular! We found Zen about a year or so ago and have boarded with them several times since. Communication is always easy, I love getting photo updates on our babies, and they make drop off and pick up very easy. Most importantly, our pups seem to really like it there. Our youngest has become more social with dogs in general and it's very obvious how well taken care of they are when they are there. Highly recommend to anyone that is overprotective of their pups!“

“Dr. Perez was the vet to my mother's cats for many years. During the pandemic he did house calls for her since she was going through cancer treatments. She sadly passed away in 2023 and I have taken over the care of her senior cats. Her 19 year cat had ongoing kidney disease and took a turn for the worse over the holidays. We knew it was time to end her suffering. She is a very fearful cat so we greatly appreciated that Dr Perez offers in home euthanasia. Dr Perez assured us we were making the right decision, and explained the process before and during. He and his assistant were both very comforting during this difficult time and we truly appreciated their compassion. Since then Dr. Perez has helped another of our senior cats with an acute allergy attack that ended up requiring medical intervention. Not only is Dr Perez's extremely intelligent and a great vet, he is a kind person, and the costs for his services I found very affordable. Thank you Dr Perez!“

“Mila, our pitbull had bone cancer and we opted for euthanasia, she was 10 years and 5 months old. It was a very sad decision to make, but we were so glad we had the chance to have her checked by a very knowledgeable veterinarian at Delta Animal Hospital, she was very honest with us and didn’t intend to profit more when it was clear survival chances were not likely. The staff was very helpful and kind, even though they had to explain to me more than once, I think I wasn’t ready for this, initially I had hope that something more was possible to save Mila’s life but this wasn’t the case. Thanks to the staff for taking us at last. We could stay through all the process, they also offer us to keep the ashes if we wish to. Thanks to the doctor for being so kind to explain to me and answer all my questions throughly and with honesty. The cost was pretty affordable. We plan to take our other dogs to update their vaccines and renew their licenses. Keep in mind you need to get there between 9am and 11am, before noon to register in the waiting list, they close around 4pm and Thursdays and Sundays (if not mistaken).- I would highly recommend and they have staff that speak multiple languages, including Spanish. And you could find free parking on one of the adjacent/side streets.“
