He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“

“Been using My Guy for years for AC repair. This year when my old 19year old Frigidaire was malfunctioning more than was worth going on, I got a few estimates for a new AC unit. I live in a 4 story condo, with the unit having to be lifted by a crane onto the roof. My Guy's proposal was the best put together and value and their office was the most responsive and on top of what needed to be done as far as getting the COI, paperwork etc to my Condo management company. They were able to schedule my install quickly, within 8 days of my initial call. The new exterior unit and evaporator was installed on my furnase went smoothly, and the crew was great and clean. The new unit functions great. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area, the prices are fair and onsite and offsite customer service is good.“

“I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. In my frustration and desperation, I called Mark, and I’m so glad I did.
