And it was clear the guy had little idea what he was even doing. So I called Russ's. They routed the line quickly and we were up and running, for $330. To me that earns 5 stars. The technician Kevin was exceptional. He found the source of the breach quickly and despite the pipe being in a less than optimal location to make a repair, he was able to make adjustments and was able to repair the pipe and restore water to my home.
