I originally called the company when my heat did not go on on a cold morning. They took the call immediately and had someone out within a few hours. The tech man gave a thorough assessment of what the problem was ( heat exchanger cracked, some other issues of rust and debris in the unit as well as the assessment that it wasn't originally installed by another company that installed it 11 years ago. He presented all the evidence of the problems on an iPad, with photos of everything that was broken, dirty, rusty or problematic. He priced out the repairs. Lee did a wonderful job on his service call. He talked through all the possible reasons for the issue with my furnace, then eliminated each one until he figured out the cause.
