“If you’re looking for a program that offers personal training customized to your level of fitness and oriented to your personal goals, Ultimate Fitness is your go-to. I train with Justin 3 times a week. He mixes it up and challenges me in every session. Every couple of weeks, he measures that progress, as he has a machine that measures percentages of fat, muscle, etc. Seeing results not only in the mirror or scale, but measured body fat/muscle percentages, holds everyone accountable. This approach allows you to chart your progress as you go and, if needed, make adjustments. It’s all about challenging me to reach my goals but, unlike some of their competition out there, Justin and his team have a friendly enough and down-to-earth approach so that I don’t think twice about being consistent and keeping with the 3-day a week schedule. 5 stars, so far. “I was looking for a gym where I could relax and exercise without anyone judging me from the time I walked through the doors and Push Fitness is that gym. As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.“

“My mom, our neighbor, and I all frequent this gym, and we're absolutely thrilled with our choice. Its prime location near our home makes it incredibly convenient, and the spacious parking lot is a huge bonus, allowing us to easily find a spot even during peak hours. The overall cleanliness of the facility is impressive and adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Initially, my mom encountered a bit of a challenge with a gentleman at the front desk regarding her Silver Sneakers membership. As she is new to the gym scene, there may have been a lack of understanding on his part about how the program works. I must admit, I was somewhat upset with how he treated her, as she was navigating this new experience. However, during our next visit, we had the opportunity to speak with the manager, who was incredibly helpful. Together, we managed to resolve the issue, and my mom has since felt much more at ease. Now, she lovingly embraces her gym sessions, exploring all the various equipment with enthusiasm--a significant milestone for someone who has never set foot in a gym before. One of her favorite aspects is the availability of showers, which we both appreciate after an invigorating workout. Additionally, the secure lockers provide peace of mind since they are positioned where you can keep an eye on your belongings at all times. What stands out is how the staff and fellow gym-goers consistently clean the machines after use, fostering a culture of respect and consideration. It's refreshing to see that all the equipment is well-maintained and in working order. Whenever something malfunctions, the staff is quick to respond, ensuring we can always make the most of our workout. Overall, our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. After giving up on the gym during 2020 and switching to home workouts, I've found a renewed sense of motivation and accountability. There's something invigorating about being in a gym environment and utilizing a wider variety of equipment than I have at home. I'm truly happy to be back and to share this journey with my mom and our neighbor. Of note, no pictures taken as it was very busy and being mindful of others privacy.“
