I have nothing but good things to say about them and would honestly give them more than 5 stars if Google would allow it.I had the opportunity to work with Janelle after tearing my ACL during an obstacle course race in May and going through reconstructive surgery back in June. This was my first major injury so I didn’t really know what to expect from a recovery standpoint. From day one Janelle instilled nothing but confidence in the fact that I would get back to what I was doing prior to the injury. She was there every step of the way and was always very honest with what my capabilities were during the entire rehab process. Which was much needed because I was very eager to return to my sport and would have overdone it on my own. With her guidance I was able to return to what I was doing in under a year and I’m doing better than ever!“

“I flew in from out of town to receive a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy) treatment on my achilles a few weeks ago and this was my first time visiting Ultimate Medical Group. The staff was so caring and kind and it was not like your typical medical office. They made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh! During the procedure, Dr. Irizarry and Dr. Cammisa made the procedure quick and made me feel at ease. I am no pain today! I am so grateful for this medical group.
