They do not offer women's health (pelvic floor therapy, etc.) services here, so if like me, you received a referral listing this as one of the locations for it, be aware of this! I requested an appointment online and received an email confirming my request at the Joliet location, and was called a few days later to set up an appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received a text asking for me to confirm my appointment all the way in Tinley Park! I obviously had to reschedule at the Naperville location but couldn't get in for nearly a month later. The receptionist at the Joliet ATI was SUPER helpful though and cancelled and rescheduled everything for me from this location. This was likely a computer error and not the fault of this specific location, but I wanted to warn anyone who received the same referral sheet as I did.

Jacob Olson is a great o.t. and he is very gentle. I would definitely, recommend him to everyone I know. He is friendly and cares how you feel. Jacob makes sure you are doing everything correctly to get the best out of your sessions.
