“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

“So nice! Me and my Anoush (my dog) are treated so wonderfully! Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. People that I have never even met, they are all so excited to see her. I know she has so much fun by the way I say “let’s go see the puppies” she just spins and spins. I feel so comforted knowing such loving people are taking care of the pet I love soooo much! Guys, I just wish you had cameras so I could watch how much fun she is having. “This is a good veterinary clinic. They also do some emergency services too. It is very clean and spacious. I enrolled my new puppy in a Pet Annual Wellness plan which seems to be a good value so far. The vets and techs are kind and genuinely interested in the animals. I don't feel rushed. They answer all my questions. Best of all my dog Molly likes it too! Not afraid.“

It's truly such a beautiful environment for both people and dogs. You can feel the love and customization for every single dog immediately upon walking in. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Been taking my dog here for years. They have always been fairly priced and get me in within a week. Now that my dog is old and has bad arthritis I worry about her more than ever and they always get her in and out within 2hrs. I very much appreciate that! Would highly recommend!“
