We have been going to a major pet supply store for years for our pups grooming and in the last year they have become flaky on us with appointments and even charging us more since our pup was diagnosed with a mild heart murmur. Enter Magic Scissors where they understood our situation and was able to schedule our pup within the same week. We won’t be going back to that major pet supply store. We will be coming back to Magic Scissors.“

“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.“

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair. “I think this is one of the best ideas that I've come across. Kudos to the owner for putting this together. So much Jackson is a self-wash station for your dog you would walk in there are three cleaning areas two for large dogs one for a small dog. You load your dog into the bathtub close the door secure them by the leash then just like a self wash car wash you would choose to turn on the water then if you need to switch it to shampoo or conditioner you just move the dial. I recommend bringing your own dog shampoo and conditioner as well as a towel. So it's $15 for 15 minutes. Quick tip you can use the full 15 minutes and then you get two minutes to disinfect the dog tub for free afterwards. The facility is open to 10:00 p.m. which is amazing. There is a huge parking lot so it's very convenient.“
