It’s rare when I post a review, but after leaving this vet’s office, I just had to post this review. First of all I called about 5 vet offices in my area and no one was “equipped” to see my dog Panda or he needed to be a current patient or I would have to schedule weeks in advance. I finally stumbled upon Companion Animal Hospital of Norridge. I explained to them over the phone what was going on with my 12 week old Panda, he would be a new patient. Immediately they were able to accommodate me and give me a same day appointment. Let me just say Dr. Mccaullick is amazing, her care for Panda went above and beyond. First time bringing our Ellie in from a referral from our other vet and it’s always nerve wracking going somewhere different..Dr. Anderson was wonderful and explained everything calmly and sincerely—She gave us all the info directly..no confusing lingo or anything but was totally personable and friendly towards us and of course our Ellie. Her and the tech both seemed to have a genuine interest in our dog. I forget his name (I’d love to give him a shout out too—so sorry!) but the tech was so fantastic and friendly and kind. I want to give a shout out to this Champion Hospital. This is a one stop shop . My dog gets groomed from a beautiful lady that Sir Oscar loves . Her name is Cassandra. He loves her. Very professional. And now we had the pleasure of meeting DR. Anderson. Wonderful Dr. She stopped Sir Oscar from eating his feet ?. Also the technicians are so sweet Especially Adrian .
