“This is truly my pups home away from home! Laura and her home are my two dogs’ favorite place to vacation. My 10 yo mix breed dog gets the special attention he needs as an old man and my 2 yo lab loves socializing with new friends. The fact that they get to sleep on the couch like at home, roam the backyard, and have a dog lover with them at all times, including overnight, makes this mom’s heart rest easier when I can’t be with my pups. I have a mini golden doodle and his fur takes so much maintenance and they really do such an amazing job. “I was in search of a groomer for my two dogs, in which one of them had terrible matted hair around his ears. I felt like a terrible owner for missing that area and getting his hair so long. However, everyone at Duke and Friends were very non-judgmental and were very empathetic to my situation. I felt very welcomed and my two pups looked so handsome after the visit. I just hope they didn't cause too much trouble for the staff. Overall, amazing service and they do such an amazing job!!!“

“This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“
