“Tonight we brought our 10 year old cat Loki to be put down. The receptionist on the phone explained everything and was ready when we arrived. We were able to spend as much time with Loki after she crossed the rainbow bridge. The vet spoke to us and explained the whole process while allowing us to be there with her in her final moments.“
