I recently started training with Rob and he’s been absolutely great! He’s very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I like how he explains each workout and helps me understand the benefits of each exercise. He holds me accountable and takes the time to explain the right nutrition I should be eating to ensure my muscles recover quickly.
So far, I'm very happy with my progress. Rob motivates and pushes me to limits I didn’t think I could achieve. I’m excited and can’t wait to see how my body evolves!

“Sarah is the best trainer I’ve had. She makes you feel comfortable and good about yourself and explains the exercises well. I never feel judged. The faculty is clean with very modern and new equipment. They invest a lot in it. The music and step aerobics class is fun.“
“I am OBSESSED with F45 and have been to locations on both the East and West coasts, as well as this Hinsdale/Western Springs location. They are all consistent with amazing trainers (I think Coach Willie is my fav :) ) making sure you have the correct form and modify any exercises to make them more difficult/easier based on your personal needs. They also check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay throughout. It’s almost like having a personal trainer, without having someone breathe over your shoulder the entire time. Taking F45 classes consistently has honestly gotten me into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I cannot say enough great things. This particular location averages adults in their 40s-50s, but many are even older. It’s never too soon to create the best physical version of yourself. I always walk out of every class feeling AMAZING.“
“This is the best place ever. The trainers are all lovely. I train boxing with Jeremie and it’s been life changing. And there are no mirrors so everyone isn’t checking themselves out the whole time - really makes for a nice vibe“

“BASE is the best thing that every happened to me. I have met so many amazing people and I have made so much progress in the gym. The trainers are always there for your success and cater to your individual needs/sport. They know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to the gym. “Had a wonderful experience here. I was really struggling to get and stay motivated to be active. The scheduled gym time helped immensely. I was connected with a trainer that helped me see results I was looking for and to learn more about lifting, which was all new to me. Now I feel immensely more confident in being able to show up for myself, maintain consistency at the gym, and how to workout with weights! Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re trying to get yourself moving and have some more accountability around that.“

“Dropped in on a work trip to Chicago as I was staying in the area. Had dropped in a few years ago and it was so awesome I remembered it. Was not disappointed the second time around - great coaching, clearly a wonderfu community, nice big space with nice equipment, and the workout was awesome. I was sorry my work schedule changed and I couldn't drop in a second and third time. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Don't worry if it takes a sec to hear back from their online system - just go, they are wonderful and will welcome you.“
“I always have a blast and learn a bunch each class! Ben encourages me to do the scary things I wouldn’t do on my own which gives me a bunch of confidence on my board. He walks me through techniques to accomplish tricks efficiently which helps me a lot. I love that he has a private setup of all types of awesome ramps that he built himself. Dude is an awesome teacher, and extremely passionate. 100% recommended.“

“I was looking for a personalized holistic training approach including physical workouts and nutritional guidance. Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting.I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.“

“I have been going to see Cris at Form Follows Fitness for at least 2 years now, and it was the best choice I ever made. She made me enjoy working out with her routines which are very rarely the same. Her positive attitude made me feel like I was in a supportive space. I am stronger than I ever have been due to what I call her 'ninja moves', which is meant as a compliment. I say this because she'll have you do an exercise with a weight, at first it seems simple and easy and you will think you could do this exercise all day with more weight, but you continue with this simple exercise, and you realize your muscle is burning. Ow! Without a doubt, she possesses knowledge on all the highly efficient techniques for targeting each muscle group! Her studio is bright and always clean with all of the equipment you will need to get a great workout.“
“TipTop is a great overall group fitness program for athletes to get to the next level! All sports and ages can benefit from TipTop. My speed and agility have improved tremendously on the field. “This gym is a class act and is so professional . This is the place to get ultra healthy. The staff is exceptional. There's absolutely no competition and comparison to other clubs. It's well worth the money. The cleaning is outstanding. For all the debbie downers out there, there is no reason to complain or cancel your membership.“
“If you feel unsure about joining a gym this a great place to go. They are really nice and understanding and the place just feels welcoming. And most importantly you don't need to give a blood sample to cancel your membership. I have a very busy life and sometimes I cant go for weeks on end and they are okay with you cancelling if you need to. Unlike some of their purple competition.“
