“Diagnosis of pneumonia by Dr. Steve Andrews. He is a terrific doctor. He immediately puts you at ease with his bedside manner. I actually was treated by him at the RF center approximately 7 years ago. The nurse was really good despite being short of staff today! The front desk intake person was very efficient and courteous. Overall, I would rate my experience 10 out of 10.“

“the PA who came to see us is the only reason this place isn’t 1 star. def knows what she’s doing and noticed what was wrong almost instantly. she really wanted to get to know you and your background medical stuff. liked her a lot. she was so kind and thorough and very nice to speak with. the building is in desperate need of a fix up. holes in the walls and the floors need some good cleaning. the layout of the place is a little odd and when you walk in the vibe is definitely off but you can’t quite place it. it’s a beautiful building and has so much potential if they would just give it a few renovations. just from sitting in the room i’ve noticed the ceiling is starting to cave, the walls don’t seem very clean and there’s a hole in the top of the wall. the tv is fairly loud in the waiting room to the point where i can hear it while i’m in the patient room. i’ve gone to other doc in the boxes where it seems a lot nicer. the staff was okay but the PA was the best.<br>also im sorry but there’s two doors in the patient room. one is blocked by the exam table or whatever it’s called. weird. i would 100% come back if the place was kept up more.“

“Brought my son here today for an ear infection. Everyone including the ladies at the front were very courteous. My son was roomed right away and the provider that saw him was really nice and thorough with the exam. I highly recommend OSF Oncall!“

“I walked into the facility with a nasty infection from a possible spider bite. They helped me , even though they didn't have to. My insurance situation was a mess. The entire staff is incredible. The receptionist(s), the nurses, the young lady that went above and beyond for me, Dr. Khamis...ALL of them. I'm so grateful for this place & more importantly these wonderful people .
