I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT UIC URGENT CARE, FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KIND, KIM THE TRIAGE NURSE WAS GREAT DR. ESPERANZA AWAS VERY VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL THANK YOU ALL

I always receive the best care for my child and I every time we visit this urgent care. The pediatric care Doctor & nurse is quite urgent and thoroughly attentive to my child needs.we receive work/school notes, prescription, and follow up care. The Doctor's are the best here. They even validate your parking for free. Anytimee before 2pm we hardly wait 10min before we are called and checked in. Once we arrived before 10am and didn't have the chance to sit down before we were called to the back. I've been quite a few times at this point and the only rude encounter I've had was with the security guard on duty during an evening shift.I took my kid to the restroom and "quickly"...read full review

The receptionist Decora is beyond rude! She was rude to me and another woman on 6/19/2023 around 2:30-3:30. If you see her wait for another receptionist. She plays games with people coming to urgent care for help.

From UI Health Urgent Care at Mile Square

UI Health's Urgent Care Center is a good alternative to the emergency room. You can walk right in without an appointment. Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic focused on giving non-life threatening, immediate care in a medical facility outside of a traditional emergency room. All existing UI Health and Mile Square patients, as well as new patients, can seek services with our Urgent Care team. There is limited capacity on a daily basis based on the availability of providers.

Wednesday: 8AM - 7PM
Thursday: 8AM - 7PM
Friday: 8AM - 7PM
Saturday: 10AM - 5:30PM
Sunday: 10AM - 5:30PM
