I made a short notice appointment with the PCP clinic, I hurt myself and was waiting for a cancelation. It was a 3:25 appointment and i saw a doctor that was not my PC, I was seen and heard, then diagnose but told I could go get x-rays or I should go be seen in emergency in case it was more complicated. I took the bait and when I got to Emergency it was packed, and as more people came, they all were from another UI health clinic like me, but the doctor "recommended" the emergency room. You know what, close early during the holidays, you were closed for the snow, but don't make appointment just to send people down to emergency so you can get home.Clearly the folks in emergency...read full review

Great clinic very is very friendly and helpful the Facility is very clean too parking is very easy to get too. I was seen in a timely matter no wait . Five star to the dermatology clinic

UIC is a wonderful hospital and is a great teaching hospital. I do find that as some of the doctors are younger there seems to be a breakdown in communication. Had an appointment at 1;00pm , arrived at 12:15pm. The doctor did not show up until 1:18pm. No apology no excuse. It was a very unprofessional experience.
