“Been going here since January, mainly for my back pain from standing for long periods of time at work. Happy to say that with the help of my personal trainer, Alondra, I pretty much no longer have back pain :). She has helped me gain more strength through strength training and helped accommodate with any exercises I couldn’t do at first. The gym is always very welcoming to visit and I think it really makes it easier to focus on myself when working out. Itzel and the other trainers are always nice and encouraging.“

It has everything you need, from cardio, to weights and group classes. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. “I am OBSESSED with F45 and have been to locations on both the East and West coasts, as well as this Hinsdale/Western Springs location. They are all consistent with amazing trainers (I think Coach Willie is my fav :) ) making sure you have the correct form and modify any exercises to make them more difficult/easier based on your personal needs. They also check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay throughout. It’s almost like having a personal trainer, without having someone breathe over your shoulder the entire time. Taking F45 classes consistently has honestly gotten me into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I cannot say enough great things. This particular location averages adults in their 40s-50s, but many are even older. It’s never too soon to create the best physical version of yourself. I always walk out of every class feeling AMAZING.“

“I was looking for a personalized holistic training approach including physical workouts and nutritional guidance. Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He walks me through techniques to accomplish tricks efficiently which helps me a lot. I love that he has a private setup of all types of awesome ramps that he built himself. “They were incredibly accommodating and welcoming when I came in from out of town. Great locker room and facilities. A little small and very unorganized in terms of weights being all over the place but I'll chalk that up to it being a gym and gym goers being awful lol. Awesome selection of equipment and attachments for cables that far exceed the typical 3 attachments you find. Absolutely would recommend. I dealt with Ursula and she was great with the tour and informing me what amenities were available!“
