“These past two weeks have been a whirlwind of plumbing needs at our home. There was a utility closet drain that would overflow intermittently. Additionally, a high-pitched whining sound in the piping was ultimately tracked back to a faulty pressure valve regulator and water softener on its last leg. We were lucky enough to have immediate service, and Briar did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing all of our issues. So now we have unclogged pipes, a new PVR, a new water softener and no more squealing pipes.
